Founder & CEO
Ari Vidali is the founder and CEO of Envisage Technologies, a unique software company developing training and compliance ecosystems for Law Enforcement, Public Safety and Military professionals. Envisage is the sixth high-tech enterprise for which Vidali has served as the lead founder and visionary. His current work spans a host of interconnected disciplines: next-generation training/learning architectures, cloud-based learning, social media applied to public safety, automation of high-liability training, complex logistics management, operational automation and pervasive readiness technologies. During his 20-year career, Vidali has been instrumental in developing innovative readiness strategies for Military, Public Safety and Law Enforcement commands. As a visionary, inventor, frequent speaker and award-winning writer on the subjects of technology in support of readiness, he has been featured in numerous national and international publications. He is an acting committee member for the National Congress for Secure Communities, a technology advisory board member of the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST), and an advisory board member for the Bloomington Technology Partnership. Vidali founded iFORCES (Institute For Operational Readiness and Continuous Education in Security), a unique, nationwide public- and private-sector consortium. The group is dedicated to practical scientific research into the application of effective practices, next-generation methodologies, and continuous learning and performance technologies for the acceleration of Security, Law Enforcement, First Responder and Military readiness. His interviews and articles have been featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Sun-Times, The Indianapolis Star, The Herald-Times, RIS Media, PC Week, Inc. Magazine, ZD NET, Journal of Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics, and NATO IOS Press.
Chief Operations Officer
Michelle Cole joined Envisage in September of 2006, putting 16 years of expanding responsibilities with software development immediately to benefit on the company’s behalf. Many of the most important transitions in the recent history of Envisage bear her mark: Under her direction, the company has become more client-focused, more agile in analysis and software delivery, and more adept at delivering unparalleled client service. Cole is especially skilled in transitioning development teams from traditional waterfall methodology (linear, stage-by-stage development) to agile methodology (which relies heavily on flexibility and adaptability). Under her direction, all aspects of product development at Envisage are improved, including analysis, development, automated testing, exploratory testing and implementation. The end result of her work is evident to Envisage clients daily, as they capitalize on the company’s improved efficiency and product delivery. Cole previously worked in senior-level management roles at software companies including Landata Systems (a division of Stewart Title), Duration Software and iProperty.com. She has directed teams of more than 100 professionals and managed budgets in excess of $12 million. Cole earned a Master in Business Administration degree in Information Technology from Houston Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
Chief Financial Officer
Nick Stone joined Envisage in Spring of 2020 with a breadth of knowledge and 15+ years of experience in finance. Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Stone is a CPA who holds degrees in analytical finance and accounting. He was most recently Vice President of Finance with PowerPlan, Inc., an enterprise software company based in Atlanta, where he was responsible for building the finance organization “from the ground up.” Stone oversaw significant initiatives related to scalability, recurring revenue growth, IPO readiness, and expansion into new markets. He began his career at Ernst & Young, supporting clients within the financial services industry with a focus on hedge accounting and valuation issues. He also advised private equity clients on M&A transactions spanning a diverse set of industries, including restaurants and healthcare. His work has involved clients from the U.S., Canada, Netherlands, and Brazil. Stone’s skills will help guide rapid expansion of capabilities at Envisage during a time of momentous opportunity for public safety innovation and reform.

of Customer Care
Heather DeMoss joined Envisage Technologies in 2007 after more than a decade of experience in software development. She has led the Envisage sales, marketing, and customer care teams as the company has grown five-fold. During that growth, DeMoss has emphasized building and maintaining a customer-centric organization that consistently achieves high marks for customer service and retention. Prior to Envisage, DeMoss worked in information technology services at Indiana University. When she joined Envisage as quality assurance manager, she was responsible for management of software documentation for customers, the change control process for software development, and product testing prior to implementation. This technical background has served her well in leading internal and external communication for sales, marketing, and customer care of complex training and compliance software. DeMoss is known for strengths in leading teams, focusing on a healthy work culture, and being a powerful coach. She has helped Envisage to cultivate an environment that creates opportunities for employees to thrive through trust in each other, and flexibility in operating as a dynamic team empowered to deliver on the promises made to customers. A Bloomington, Ind. native who studied continuing studies at Indiana University, DeMoss appreciates that Envisage enables hard-working people who care about others to contribute to their nation and the world through software solutions designed to keep police, emergency services, and military communities ready to respond.

Bob Koenig joined Envisage Technologies in Spring of 2020, with 20+ years of expanding responsibilities leading sales teams focused on selling technology solutions to State and Local Government. He has a track record of success in sales management, SaaS solution selling, and cloud technology sales, Prior to joining Envisage, Koenig served as VP of Sales for Central Square Technologies and TriTech Software Systems. In these roles he led the sales organization through dramatic growth as the Company grew from 350 employees to 2,000 and the customer base grew from 2,100 clients to over 7,000. Koenig is a guiding force in building on Envisage’s current success to expand the use of its solutions to a broader market. He was attracted to Envisage by the company’s two decades of ensuring top-quality training and readiness for law enforcement and emergency services. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Koenig graduated from the University of Cincinnati and has held Sales Management positions since 1989, using coaching and mentoring to build high-performance sales organizations.
Vice President of Marketing
Traci Gregorski joined Envisage Technologies in the Fall of 2020 with over 20 years of experience in building results-focused marketing programs and teams for high-growth SaaS companies. In her role, Gregorski works with her team to tell the Envisage story, raising awareness for our industry-leading products, driving strategic campaigns, and powering the overall demand generation operation. Gregorski’s passion for Envisage stems from her fundamental belief that comprehensive and connected technology can significantly help to improve public safety outcomes and give first responder’s the best possible chance to be prepared to answer the call. Prior to joining Envisage Technologies, she was the Head of HigherEd Marketing at PowerSchool, at Origami Risk which specializes in insurtech, and at Market Track–now Numerator, an advertising and promotional monitoring company. Earlier in her career, she worked in trade magazine publishing, as well as at a custom content agency where she led development and execution of comprehensive channel and communications strategies in several industries including financial services, technology, construction, home décor, eCommerce, retail, restaurant/quick service, and CPG. Gregorski is a northwest Indiana native and graduated from Ball State University in 1998.
