That’s why we created the Diversity Growth Initiative. Our experienced professionals collaborate with today’s learners to create tomorrow’s solutions.

This mentoring program is geared toward underrepresented groups interested in a technology position who want to improve their knowledge and skillset for a job in the technology field.

Here’s what you can expect for participation in this program:

• A time commitment of up to 5 hours per week for about 3 months
• Read and discuss 1-2 books on skills you want to grow
• Meet regularly with a mentor
