First Step to Readiness
Gone are the days of manual scheduling, checking for prerequisites, and accidentally overfilling classes. Gather complete information while knowing instructors are scheduled appropriately and seats are filled automatically from the waitlist.
1) How Many Seats Remains?
Automate the process to eliminate time-consuming manual checking, especially during times of rapid registration, and fill seats when they are available.
2) Waitlists
An eligible learner can be added to a class waitlist, then automatically added to the class should a seat become available.
3) Restricted Classes
Online and onsite classes can be restricted to those who meet custom requirements to self-register, or be registered by an instructor, for a class.
4) Registration Requests
Registration requests can allow prerequisite information to be requested or required in order to submit a request. Or include documentation, waivers, and comments as part of the prerequisite fulfillment.
5) Automated Email
Confirmations and class registration changes can be automated during setup, eliminating the task of sending each registrant manual notifications.
